Hooked up the rear sway bar with the Rough Country relocation kit.



Cut out some parts for the rear shock mounts.

 

Welded on the rear shock mounts and mounted both shocks.







I spliced 2.375" into the rear driveshaft for now. I will get a 4 door shaft and shorten it properly.

 

I tried flexing it a little and ended up with this.





So I moved the front spring hanger forward 1.5"





Steering is now an issue.

 

My new plan for the steering.





I cut an old drag link to get this section that I machined. I plan on 1"x 0.188" wall dom with this tie rod bung in the tie rod. I will thread the 5/8" ID to take 11/16" 18TPI TRE's. The drag link tre will be mounted on top of the tie rod.
