Looks good! Looking through the pics, it looks like the TRE that connects the tie rod to the drag link changes rotation. A buddies cherokee has the same setup and it comes loose fairly regularly, and the steering is pretty vague. What he's using: Rusty's Jeep XJ-TJ-YJ Tie Rod Conversion

That was the kit I copied. I figured it was an upgrade kit so I should be good. LOL. I will keep an eye on everything now.

Tires were on sale 25% off. So I guess 4 for 3 is about right. LOL.

The work continues.

Put some flexy flares on the front, I bought some for the rear but I will install them after I install the wheel spacers. I will need to make larger rear mud flaps too.

Not too much taller..... :-/

Fender trimming was required with the larger tires.

I hope this is enough.

I didn't buy a spare tire at the time I bought the new tires. Now I am glad I didn't. I picked up 2 315/75R16 Baja Claws for $80 and 2 spare rims for $100. Now I have 2 spares for less than one.

You really don't hold back with the trimming, do you? Sweet deal on the tires/rims too.

I took out all I could with out losing the fender. It has too look some what stock.

If it still rubs with this much trimming and some bump stops then the axle will have to move forward more.

From the pic it looks like you did a good job on it. Do you have any wider pics of the trim job showing more of the fender?
