Building Something...Not Sure What Yet

Here are some pictures with it fully loaded from our camping trip this weekend:
Packed and ready to go camping:
Some how managed to get my buddy in the strangest pose:
Couldn't resist climbing the only random rock around our camp site:
Packed and ready to come home:
Also, while towing tranny temp never exceeded 175 even in stop and go and hill climbing with the coolers blocking the grill. Much better then the 220ish I was getting without it.

Going with a few friends offroading in 2 weeks and wanted to make sure my spare came down easy. It was a little rusty so I sprayed it with some primer/rust converter and since I had the straps laying around decided to put it on the roof rack for easier access.

Tip for your roof mounted spare: get a piece of heater hose and cut it lengthwise on one side. Wrap it around the center of your wheel. this will ensure that your straps don't get cut through by rubbing against the center of the wheel.
Nice blazer too!

Thanks! That's a great idea, I was thinking that would eventually wear through the straps over time.

I really like the torque app... I put magnets behind my dash and magnets on tablet case so I can mount my 7" tablet easily to my dash and remove it without it being an eye sore when the tablet is gone
