I wonder what it is about the all aluminum ones that makes them susceptible to leaking; the design or just bad welds.

The folks at the local radiator shop say most of it if from foreign countries with poor quality control. He said Mishimoto used to be the Ferrari or radiators but no longer. He mentioned that everything went down hill since Covid. (Not sure what that has to do with it.) I am looking into a custom made one but don't have a price yet but will probably be prohibitive. (Either Griffin or Ron Davis) Probably going to wind up with a Denso stocker and see what happens. The local shop would make me an old school one out of brass and copper but said they can;t get the pins for the mounting and would have to be custom made. I think they just didn't want to do it...
