I feel like I should be celebrating with you. Lol. I put my RC lift on by MYSELF and just finished it up a few days ago! Went to get it aligned and found out my driver side front tire is separating so it screwed with the alignment.. BUT good thing pay day was today because it's time to order 31x10.5 General Grabber A/T's and four Jegs D window wheels. I'll be sure to follow this build as is seems to be going in a similar direction as mine for now!

Ok, so the blazer finally hit the ground last night, everything is on. I just have to adjust the torsion bars, and tighten the shackles. But first i have to figure out why my 4x4 actuator is getting vacuum... thinkng about putting the cable lock on it and bypassing Gm's problematic engineering anyways lol. but heres some pics of the diff brackets and what not if anyone is interested in this lift.

this one is of the tab you have to cut off. you dont need to use the template the lift comes ith just cut it at the top line of the plate. i will have pics of the lift and tires on monday or tuesday after my alignment.

It's not the alignment. I had the same issue on mine. I picked up a set of similar rims with 3.5-4" BS from Craigslist for $100 and took them to a shop to get the tires switched. The lower BS made me rub the back side of the front fenders really bad so I had to put my stock rims back on. You may end up having to do some major fender surgery to get them to fit.

I've been thinking about picking up another set of rims with smaller BS but I'm nervous I'll have the same issue with only the T-Bars cranked and 31s.
