The people who only do 1-1.5" get away with it just fine. Its the ones who go above 1.5" that report problems and excessive wear and tear. 2" of lift for $15? Can't be beat. (Assuming its a quality shackle)

Yeah x2 on tbar and crank. What I did was watch the front suspension while someone else worked the bolts. Just to see what the angles where and see if it made the tires lean and all. I've been very lucky, in the last year I've went from removing the bolts lowering it for a month or two. Now lifted and bolts are as far as they'll go. No allignment and so far no pull in the steering or anything "knock on wood". Wouldn't reccomend what I've done, but staying at 1.5 is a pretty safe bet. They are meant to be a slight adjustment, nothing drastic like some people try to get out of them. But if your not sure if you want to do it, that's fine. No pressure, do what you want and enjoy your truck.

What's your next move in the chess game of customizing?

well lightly spray painted the rocker pannels a texture dark gray mix it almost matches the factory rear bumper/front bumper metal color, (still would like bed liner and to go up on it a little) -pics soon bf has to send them from his cell phone lol, today going to attempt to wire up the dlla's see if my alternator/battery can handle all the extra's i have...the sound system, and the 2 angel lights so far. and in the next few days *hhopefully luis can get me a front windshield banner sticker i asked for* or i'll have to make it up my self lol....and tinting the windows..
