Well, I've been a little busy. But here's what's going on with my rig right now.
Got the suspension where I want it. Jeep YJ boomerang shackles on the rear and T-bar crank. Got rid of the rusty receiver hitch. Complete front end rebuild with Moog joints, linkage and hubs - yes Moog makes hubs now! Those pimp taillights melted and so I murdered the factory taillights. And, the most noticeable... I installed a swing out spare tire carrier.
So there it is so far. I need to spend the summer tracking down a fuel injection issue and putting a locker in it. The trans will get rebuild - hopefully in Florida at Extreme overdrive. Those folks built the tranny in my Red Blazer and it was SOOOO BAD ***!!!
Anyway, once again, this forum provided A LOT of help and info along the way. Though, this being the second Blazer/Jimmy build out, I kind of have a handle on things a whole lot better!
