so i have run into a dillema here. i have plans on a couple mods coming up within the month but idk what i should do first. i think i will let the forum decide.

Plan A: herculiner the rockers, flares, rear front bumper, grill guard (since after re-doing that the paint is already starting to scratch off), rear bumper, and the frame and anything else that you guys think i should do.

Plan B: buy a RAGE black widow from ebay, along with the extender. install that on my roof, also use my coupon for 20 bucks off a order of over 100 and get another set of the KC HIlites that i have. throw all 4 up on the roof and then just buy a set of cheap lights and do the HID upgrade on them and put them up where my KCs are now.

Plan A is going to cost a lot less since all i really have to pay for is the herculiner which is 70 at farm and fleet by me. and Plan B is going to cost roughly....... 335. after all the lights and stuff. or i was just thinking about buying 2 sets of cheap lights and upgrading those to HID. im not sure yet. and i really need some of my peers advice. my girlfriend doesnt really care what i do. she says "its just going to look like a car with a bunch of crap slapped all over it" ill show her!!! lol

so anyways guys, just let me know. i can start ordering stuff on friday after i get paid. i need to keep my money for lunch for this week.

thanks for all your ideas guys!!!! lol.

well i just installed the CAI and i think it makes it sound a whole lot better. more throatier, if you will. was a pain to fit in there cause of my transmission cooler lines so i will have to get a K&N filter sooner or later. its like jammed right into that stuff. still works though.

i've been looking around the forum and the internet for those skid plates that you have in this post. i know this is an old thread but i was just wondering if you fabricated them or got them off a ZR2 or if there is a way i might be able to aquire some.

i got them on my truck right not. i ended up getting one of the mounts out from the junkyard but i didnt feel like dropping the oil pan so its just attached from 3 spots. either way i got them from a junkyard and they were dirt cheap. i got lucky on this one. i can only hope that the same happens to you.

also an update on what i have done so far too. and what i am going to do in the next few days. i got a new axle for the driver side since the boots are totally tore to shreds. and i also got new calipers for the front because i am tired of replacing my brakes every 5 months. thank god i got the lifetime warranty duralast ones
