The factory lower line is the feed from the tranny, So the way i have it setup: fluid runs from the trans via the lower line, to the lower port in the rad cooler, out the upper port in the rad, to the lower line on the B&M, then out the upper line, which is hooked up to the factory upper line that returns fluid to the trans.

Feeding the cooler bottom > top bleeds air out of the lines that would otherwise get trapped.

Nice man, I'm about 30-40 minutes north of Boston.

Small update... I've unofficially started my D44 swap! I'm starting to collect parts to rebuild my Waggy front, and decided to try and find a 96-97 Rodeo D44 rear with 4.30 gears. Hopefully both axles will end up with trac-lok's.

They probably wont end up under the truck for a while, but I'm excited.

I got the front leaf springs from the Wagoneer but the rear springs were gone on the one i got the front and rear axles. it was the one wagoneer that had both axles. now to get my buddys pop to rebuild them and save up for the OFD kit.

Also bought F150 springs and Some S10 Leaf Springs for my new toy, a 89 2door Jeep cherokee.

Oh cool, I didn't realize you were actually serious about the SAS. Congrats on the axles, Let me when you're moving up and if you have any questions with the swap.

Im hopefully hitting the junkyard soon to grab some parts,... It should be above freezing this weekend, maybe ill grab a rear axle. We'll see.
