Ok I swapped in a np 233 from a 1998 blazer and It wont shift. It has no motor on it I have a 9/16th wrench on it and it wont shift. One way wont move at all and the other way you can move it about 1/4 turn and it stops. any ideas? is the case junk?

Since I was having issues with my other transfercase I swapped In a np231. Will post pics of sweet shifter setup sunday night

Oh And since my passenger side torsion bar was quite worn I added a set of lift keys lifted the pass side about 2inches and the drivers about an inch and a half. Also did a ball joint flip and than since I did it at my work ( i work at a gmc/caddy dealership) I aligned it promptly

I have to ground a pcm wire when in 4lo so the tranny will shift but other than that no

Thanks, Im ordering a 2in bl when I get paid on friday. and Im doing my taxes today so I can figure out how much money I have to start setting aside for tires.
