Default Mint 04 zr2 blazer cab complete swap on a 01 zr2 chasis

Hi guys , Im new , I am also exhausted searching the net for info on my project with no real help.
I bought my 01 Zr2 blazer 8 years ago and love the damn thing. My problem is that the body isnt worth saving. I did however find a mint body complete with title , interior, harnesses , computer , etc for 500 beans as the guy selling it just wants the 49k drivetrain , frame was bent. The replacement body is an 04 zr2 blazer. I have to pick up the body this week as its ready and have means to move it.
CAN I PRETTY MUCH PLUG N PLAY THIS BODY TO MY CHASIS? Any advice about my harness , ecm, bcm problems will be helpful tenfold. Im thinking the knock sensor and intake might have to be changed . I am getting the ecu also.

I believe there were a few engine management changes in 2002. I think they deleted the EGR, and a couple other small things. I'm pretty sure that it would not be a very hard swap though. Just have to be careful of a couple things.

Thanks Beaut ,I was told the same thing. I was curious if the knock sensor can be deleted or retrofitted to accomadate the newer one . Also I read about the intake / injection systems and wonder if its plug n play?

the 03 and up (It could be 2002) have a 2 wire bolt in knock sensor. The 96 - 02 have a 1 wired thread in knock sensor. You could maybe find a new place to mount the sensor if you are switching to the newer style, I can't imagine it is a big deal.

The newer injector system is plug and play. It's a common upgrade/replacement for the older system.
