Oh, that was you that text me! I didn't recognize the number because my phone crapped out and I had to wipe it. No, I wound up buying new tires. Thanks anyway.

Hello I saw your build thread and was intrigued on some of the upgrades you have done. I have just recently purchased a '95 blazer with the same paint as yours. I REALLY like the rims and tires you put on. What are they?
I would be interested on some easy/cheap upgrades I can do to my own Blazer.

Which wheels are you referring to? I'm on my 4th set since I've owned the truck lol!

Driveshaft looks good. So do the new wheels and tires.

Why bother setting the hydro assist up on the 44?
I rock a D44 F250 high pinion with GM 8 lug outers, and RCVs. On 39.5 inch Irok bias that are mounted on recentered H1 12 bolt double beadlocks. All while floating the valves on my 383 stroker. Never had a single issue.

Hydro assist isn't about the axle. It is about the tires. So, what he's doing is more than spot on. I don't have hydro, yet. Wish I did though.

The build is looking great man. Now we are literally twins, now that you have the exact same tires I do. Lol...

I wish we could get them together for some pics and wheeling!

I thought about doing RCV's in the 44 but I've just been too cheap to buy them and now if things work out I will be picking up a 79 d60 next week and should be able to get it under my truck for pretty close to the same cost as a set of RCV's so that a no brainer to me lol!

Default 95 blazer

I'm not sure if mine is quite ready for wheeling. It needs new tires at least before I really start exploring.
You'll have to forgive me I'm kinda new to all this stuff. I don't know what a RCV is.
I am currently taking a vocational automotive class through my high school and absolutely love working and learning about cars. Especially Blazers lol. I did most of the maintenance work on my blazer myself along with some help fro my dad.

RCV's are an aftermarket axle that are allot stronger than the factory axles.

Just keep learning whenever you can and when you've got time go ahead and read through the tech articles on here. Even if you don't have any issues you will learn allot for when an issue does come!
