My small 96 Blazer build
Well today I added some power to the rear cargo area in the form of a 12v accessory plug! I pulled the plug from my old landrover when I parted it out with the intentions of doing just this. I still have to run wires from the battery but the hard part is done
Heres the pics in progression order!
I drilled and then cut a rough hole in it and slowly enlarged it to fit properly. Don't mind the horibbly ugly cuts I didn't really care since you don't see them anyway.

Final test fit before paint

I painted it black because thats what I had on hand lol. The paint looks bad here but it layed down nice when it dried.

And heres the final product! I think it looks factory myself

Let me know what you think!

Well today was a busy and productive day on the Blazer! I made up a raised floor in the back. I just used a bunch of scrap wood I had laying around the shop and this is what I came up with. Its pretty self explanatory so not much to explain but if anyone has questions feel free to ask. I plan to pull it out and paint it (probably black) and I am also thinking about adding a drawer to the middle section but I'm not sure about that yet! Well here's the pictures
The start of the frame

Added some cross support

I used cardboard to make templates of each side and then transfered them to the plywood

Test fit

I cut the solid piece into two for ease of installation and removal

And the final product so far

It gives me a ton of extra storage space to keep my recovery gear and other random things that don't leave the truck under there. Then I can pile everything else on top. Its plenty strong to hold anything that I could ever fit back there as well. Let me know what you think!
