Got my light mounts made up today. I am going to exchange these lights tho and get the fluted flood lights instead of spots. I meant to order spots and was dumb so now I will be waiting forever for them to come back I'm sure Heres the pics.

Sorry I forgot to take pics of them bolted on but I used the rear fender bolts to hold them on.

Looks good man! Do you have any rubber or anything between the metal and glass so it doesn't get scratched up when it flexes?

 

No I don't. Its like 3/16 stainless so I have to work to get it to move at all. I left about an 1/8in between the metal and glass so I think I should be ok.

 

I'm just thinking that all body panels move and flex a bit, especially while wheeling. So being near glass... I'd want something there.

 

Yeah I hear what your saying I will keep an eye on it and see what happens!

Yeah I may have a bit of an obsession going on. I'm kinda sad though cause I just dropped the lights at the PO to go back to summit fir an exchange for flood lights so who knows how long its going to be till the new ones come back.

As for the next episode it's going to be a couple weeks cause we leave a week from tomorrow for Siesta Key for a week. I can't wait!! But for a hint of the next episode lets just say instead of vroom it goes VROOM and has 2 extra cylinders!! That will depend if its still available when I get back. But if it is it will be mine
