Default Power Rear Windows (2 door)

Well, I've been thinking. The Grand Caravans have power rear windows. Same sorta mechanism as the rear windows in a 2 door Jimmy/Blazer. I was just wondering if I could do this? Grab some switches and pull these motors from a junkyard. I assume wiring would be the biggest issue along with mounting them so it doesn't jam/bind.

I know it's been done and I tried PMing the guy a long time ago, but he never came back to the forum. That was on the s10 forum.

Interesting idea..I'd like to see it done if you do do it. The biggest part IMO would be finding somewhere to hide or mount the motor. I'm not sure how big it would be, but you'd want it concealed. If you decide to do it definitely document your progress...I'd love to see it.

Oh it will be documented well if I do end up doing it. It won't be soon, but it will give me a reason to start a build thread!

And Sisk, the whole unit is no larger than the ones already there. They twist and open, instead of pull and lock.
