That's why my lights are still all stock on my Sierra... I don't trust ebay quality, I wasn't 100% pleased with my clears I had on my Blazer, while they looked good from far, when you got up close it looked like a 2 yr old glued the lenses on with crazy glue.

Yea. I've been tempted to buy lights off ebay. But spending $100 for cheap lights, or spending anywhere over $200 for a nice set that I wont have to think twice about is not a chance I want to take. If I find the lights I want, They will be on my truck.

I know what you mean. I have a set in mind that I would pay up to $300 for, but they don't make such a thing for our trucks, so I'm forced into the eBay junk if I want aftermarket!

That might be for the better. Will save you some time and anger!

I epoxy glued them, didn't work. Hot glue, didn't work. Tried some alternatives, didn't work. Now I'm JB welding them.

This is a little late but I JB welded my tail lights and that worked great. That stuff is like cement.

I also had the check engine light come on a week ago. It went out but I had it hooked up to the computer anyway. It was just an air flow sensor, which could mean the gas cap was loose or I need a new air filter, etc. Either way it going out means that it corrected itself.

Haven't made much other progress. I painted my headlight trim a while back and sealed them. I've been too caught up in hockey to work on the blazer!

Lol good advice!

Not sure what to do next! I was going to buy a deck, but I think I'd rather just sit on my growing bank account for the time being.

All this winter cold really doesn't motivate to get anything done either!

.........now to bed. Have to be up at 5am for hockey practice....

Both ideas are good ones lol. If I had a growing bank account tho, I would sit on it. Don't buy a deck until you find the one you really want. You will constantly be looking for it if you don't.

I made a major repair today!

I my windshield washer fluid wasn't working, so I figured it was too low so I added more, still didn't work. So I figured the lines were frozen so I waited for a sunny day, still didn't work. So I finallllllly popped the hood and used the wiper fluid.

The hose going to the sprayers from the tank was disconnected and spraying all over my engine!! LOL

Oh well, easy fix. Total cost: $0.50 for the loss of wiper fluid.

Now I still need to:

-Figure out why MAF sensor keeps going off. (Change air filter, clean MAF)
-Change spark plugs
-Flush and change tranny oil
-Flush and change antifreeze
-Change diff fluid

I got some work ahead of me! Damn this cold weather!

Might as well call this my build too. I WANT to do all the things in your list minus plugs. I did mine mid summer.

One quick Q. Do you get your gas at the same place every time?
