Thanks El Beautor! I will definitely keep that in mind. I'm going to go tomorrow after work and see what I can find locally here.

Got it all worked out! Every store in town quoted me $100 just for 2 replacement bulbs. I noticed that one of the shops opened late (they were closed at lunch time for some reason) so I stopped by. They guy that owns the place is a real good guy and he's helped me out before. He always backs his work for free.

They wanted $30 for a pair. I was shocked. They were shocked everyone else wanted $100 lol.

And in other news I finally got a tire rack again after 3 months. Bought one from a guy in Edmonton. Turns out his pull lever doesn't work and it never releases. Real nice of him to tell me that (sarcasm). Luckily I could just use the one off my old carrier.

Bought new bushings for $77 at the dealer. Outrageous price but at least the carrier is crazy snug. It takes both hands to pull it open. Which is great, it should only get more worked in from here. It's like brand new.

Good deal on finding someone local with reasonable prices for your bulbs, and your truck looks a lot better with the new tire carrier.

Question: How do you like your Wild Country tires? I almost picked up a lightly used set of those for my new rims, but I went cheap with a used set of Nitto Terra Grapplers instead.

Can't complain at all. They've got a good amount of life left in them and they're 3 years old already. They're good on snow and as good as they can be on ice.

Not bad considering I went with the cheapest tires I could find when I bought them.

They started to get pretty loud on the road lately. I think it might be a mixture of them wearing slightly unevenly and my front suspension starting to need some replacing.

Wish I could add something useful to this thread! I haven't done a single thing to her!

I have confirmed that my MAF was the one throwing codes. New one hasn't done it once.

I am almost done 3rd semester, which is considered the toughest semester. Been spending many 14 hour days at school and I'm there every weekend! Few more weeks then it should be smooth sailing.

After that it's time for Overhaul 2.0 on the blazer.

Hey! It was actually replaced for me by an autobody shop after an accident, but similar if not the same ones can be found on ebay as "hunter bushguards".

Like so: 98 04 Chevy s 10 Blazer s Jimmy Grill Guard Brush S10 | eBay

Check out this thread too: https://blazerforum.com/forum/sights...s-59522/page3/

I can't confirm if it would fit yours but there are a few people in that thread with bushguards on blazers with the one piece headlights.

Got a lovely birthday present in the form of a broken door handle and ever so slightly dented door! Courtesy of the idiot that decided to try and steal my touchscreen this weekend! Must have ran off when he set my alarm off. What did he think was going to happen? I have a blue flashing light for my alarm.

So this will be $200 out of my pocket for my deductible and a whole lot of annoyance. Having Sask insurance in Alberta will make this a real pain I'm sure. I'll have to drive back to SK just to get the damage appraised. Then it'll sit in a bodyshop for who knows how long as I try and mooch rides to college.
