hey did you ever get the trans problem fixed ? with the flowmasters ? and new cat ?

 

The Random1: I started installing it today before class. I ended up putting it on the bottom of the dash, just to the right of the steering wheel. I'll put up pics when it's finished.

Gio: Yes!! Happy to report that the "trans" issues were resolved with the cat and muffler. Turns out the catalyst was completely clogging the exhaust.

Got my CB mounted and operational!



This past weekend, my buddies and I hit some old logging roads and trails looking for a bit of mud. We found some....

Got stuck sideways on the trail, hard to see in this picture, but the frame is resting in the mud on the driver's side haha!

 

Looks like fun =)

 

It was a ton of fun! However, trying to wash it off wasn't haha. I spent almost $15 at the DIY car wash and it's still not clean lol.

 

lucky you guys can do this! i'm all alone in south florida with no blazer fans, no trails, etc... oh well, nice truck and have fun!

 

Oh man, sorry to hear you don't have much around you. Thanks for the compliment though! I plan on having as much fun as possible, in fact, we're planning a trip to an abandoned mine this weekend!

 

So I ordered a 4' Firestik CB antenna earlier this week, should be here on Wednesday.

I was browsing the classifieds site for my school and found somebody selling a Kicker CVR 12. I ended up paying $35 for it, not too bad of a deal IMO. I built the enclosure of the summer planning on installing a 12" eventually, but up until now, I've been using a cheapo 10" that did the job. However, this sub fills the box a little bit better haha!
