Yeah, no problem!
You can see in the last picture, I had to notch the front frame in order to clear the guard mounting bracket.

That looks incredibly simple. (not to take away from your craftsmanship or anything)

Haha, don't worry about it. It was a really simple fix and it works well, so I can't complain!

Finally got around to changing the oil in the old Jimmy. The good old non synthetic had over 6,000 miles on it and needed a change badly (I felt terrible taking so long to change it!). So for the first time since I've owned it, the Jimmy is now running Mobil 1 full synthetic! Hopefully I can get this engine to last longer than the last, which pooped out at 186,000 miles.

The Jimmy is being a bit difficult lately. Over the past two days, my transmission has been failing to downshift when going uphill and when accelerating. Today, on my way home from school, I couldn't get over 30mph and the RPM's were changing rapidly. My housemate and I checked the TPS and it seems to be working correctly. My catalytic converter has been rattling for a while now. We are thinking that maybe the cat has become clogged and could be causing the strange transmission issues? Any input would be great!

I've been throwing around the idea of deleting the cat altogether, but I'm not so sure about it. I think I'm going to take it to a muffler shop tomorrow and get their opinion.

Well, just ordered the Jimmy a Magnaflow Hi-Flow catalytic converter and a Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Flow muffler! I'm hoping this solves the issues and maybe saves me a bit on fuel lol.
