just found that they dont make a 16.5 inch rim for the 5 lugger i got so when i return from florida the 6 lug gets a mini spool and perches and i order a set of 16.5x10 pro comp steelies.
okay so i got that 5 lug rear in the truck right now, and the 6 lug one sitting on the side. i slid the 6 lug axle shafts out (86 chevy k10).. would they slide into the rear i have installed (92 1500)? theyre the same size rear, so it shouldnt be a problem, or am i dreaming ?

Maybe....You need to pull the shafts out of both and check the spline count and shaft length to be sure. They should both be ten bolt rears , so they actually may fit no problem. Just one of those deals ya gotta check yourself
