The Pumpkin
So this is a little late to start my build thread but I might as well do it now instead of later.
So to start off, I bought this truck about 2 years ago for 3300. It was Gold some minor stuff done to it but nothing really except for maintenance. As time as been going on I have been adding things here and there for fun, nothing really serious up until a couple months ago.
What has been done:
All maintenance has been kept up on the truck since I bought it, with receipts for everything. Maintenance basically includes: Fuel injectors, transfer case/4wd computer, transfer case motor, tune ups, axle shaft, oil cooler lines, pinion seal, differential cover, 4wd switch, speed sensors, 2 wheel hub/bearings, muffler, tailpipe, new fender, new hood, rear window motor, new driver side rear window switch, and a lot of other maintenance things that I cannot remember at this time.
Modifications:
Stock intake put back in (PO had put literally a vortex filter on top of the box) with a K&N Filter
31" Tires
2" Performance Accessories Body Lift
Polyurethane Body Bushings
Painted Dash bezel and door handle accents
Painted Rims and Calipers
New Gloss black grill
Painted Bowtie on front
Tow hitch
Alpine head unit
Two 12" Powerbass sub-woofers with 3000w Peak amp
Phoenix Gold dash speakers
Generic Flowmaster muffler
EBC Crossdrilled and slotted rotors
EBC Greenstuff Break Pads
What will be done:
Rough Country 2.5" suspension lift
Pro Comp 15" rims with 4.75" backspacing
New black paint with orange racing stripes
Bed liner on door jams and front
Bed liner on exposed frame
Roof rack
Black Nerf Tubes (maybe)
Smoked Halogen Headlights with HID Conversion
Smoked bumper lights
Throttle Body Spacer (maybe)
B&M Automatic Transmission Cooler
BlackBearPerformance Tune

Here is some pictures of the process

I think you should just add color and make it work with the orange. Usually black goes good with it. Plus what would you call it if you change the color, lol?

Not to mention orange is a real nice color. Your blazer will be getting a lot of looks being orange as opposed to say black

Nice rig! Orange is my favorite color I used to have a Ranger back in high school that I painted the same color oragne as you have. Another color that I think goes well with orange is a dark silver almost grey color. I have seen this combo a couple times and thought it looked pretty good.
