What is the largest tire I can put on my stock 15'' artillery wheel alloy rims?

Air Flow Issue

My 02 blazer has been running the air-condition compressor is cycling when my heater is running. This seem not right. Also air flow through the vents all the time. You: guys got any ideas?

tire size, with out lift maybe 30 inch.

ac cycling is normal

Thanks ,sounds right. I was thinking maybe to look for a 18 in. wheel and a matching tire that may not need to do much body cutting.
