conduit as in emt....electrial metal tubing....same stuff thats in your walls...1/2 is too flimsy...3/4 works great. get your weld settings right and its not hard to weld either....just a ton of spot welds...no running beeds or you burn right through. nasty stuff to work with though when you weld it gives off fumes(bc its galvanized) that makes you want to throw up if you breath in to much. google will tell you all about how nasty it is lol but google gave me the idea. i can pretty much build anything out of it.....even makes a great looking fence if done right

well gentleman its been a while. from the pic you saw in my last post i stopper there last winter and pushed ALOT of snow around with that thing. i must say everything worked wonderfully. few things that are in progress that need to happen is the plow motor needs to be rebuilt, and im working on that. otherwise as you can see below i tore everything apart and have been shooting paint and being lazy about body work. i told myself from the get go that this is a project, something to learn some things on, and when it comes time to buold one from the ground up( custom fulling boxed frame with coil over front suspention...badass engine and tranny with a zr2 body dropped over it...uhhhhh) ill worry more about being a **** about things. plus i dont wanna freak when i get the first scratch in it bc those will surely come. anyways you can see the custom sub box i made for the rear and the amp you see will be slightly raised and sitting in the middle of that. the flat piec of steel with the 4 holes in it sits nicely in the space where casset tapes are suppose to be stored in the center console. you have the plow joystick witch is the big one and then the other 3 under it are for turning on the stick...2 inside offroad light and 2 outer offroad lights. the one picture of the interior is where i need yours guys help with. im currently looking for the interior trim that goes there from models that had spare on the outside, however i also have a second yellow top battery that im going to be wiring in and i plan on putting it there. so i need to have a space there to hold that battery and throw my tow straps and misc things without them flopping around all over the place. im thingking about cleaning up the sheet metel and maybe building a space for the battery to sit then under it have a door where i can slide everything else under it. idk, either way suggestions are alwasy welcome. o btw removing the windshield wiper cowl by force and breaking it(was already messed up anyways) is a bad idea bc that thing isnt cheap lol
