Alright, I'll just beat the CV to death with a sledge hammer and see what happens.

This axle is sooo much better than the stock axle. I've noticed an improvement on handling and ride comfort.

Well, I beat the crap out of the CV and still couldn't get the thing to budge. Is there a clip inside the diff, holding the CV in place?

Disconnect the left side wheel drive shaft from the differential carrier by placing a block of wood or a brass drift against the tripot housing. Firmly strike the block of wood outward from the case with a hammer. Strike hard enough to overcome the snap ring pressure holding in the shaft.

I only swapped the rear axle for now. With the Tru-Trac limited slip I honestly don't need 4x4 for what I mud in,if you get a limited slip definitely get an Eaton Detroit Tru-Trac. I put a lousy 23 second video on youtube of me doing a quick mud burnout on the side of a road (phone died before I was done messing around). Same day I broke a cv. Here in a week or so, I'm gonna swap the front diff and put on all new cv's, balljoints, tie rod ends, pitman arm, and new spark plugs. Can't wait till it's done!!!! Oh, and a 1" t-bar crank so I stop cutting my nice tires up.

Yea, I finished everything a while back. I also put in the front ZR2 differential. Sorry I didn't post back up on this. Only problem was my front drive shaft CV broke about a month after I got the front diff put in, so no more 4x4 until I get a new one. And they cost a ridiculous $140 a piece.
