Wifes 02 sonoma sls
I know it's not a blazer, but atleast I keep it in the family....
the wife wanted her truck back so I went and got her one. Hers was originally black, this one is white. Other then that, it's the same.
I'll post some pics now. But will update later with work done so far and anything else.
here she is tho, the day we brought her home.

Thanks. So far I'm happy with it. A little more body work then I would like. But the drivetrain made up for it.
he was the 2nd owner, bought it at 34000, kept track of all maintenance and repairs done, kept it lubricated and did all owners manual maintenance.

As of right now, the only issues are no working ac and a bad cat. Other then that, it's just cosmetics.
I've been working on that yesterday. And this is were I am so far...
other then that, the plans are to keep.it for the wife, but if the ac doesnt get working, then itll be sold for a profit.

I'm hoping that it's just the compressor not turning on. But the PO did say that it hasnt worked in a couple of years.
edit:
He had it rebuilt, but then stopped working so he left it and unplugged a fuse. Checked fuses and reinstalled any missing, compressor doesnt turn on. I'm in search of the clip method to test it??

I wouldn't suggest jumping the pressure switch until you put a gauge on it to make sure there's freon (and oil) in the system first. If you dry run the compressor by jumping the pressure switch pins, you risk grenading what might be a perfectly fine compressor.

I picked up an ac recharge kit. Wondering if this will have what I need to check/fill. I was also looking at one of those ac systems that you used red. Wondering how hard it is to use on of them? Its priced at 350 or so cnd.
