Good news. I bought HPTuners and re-tuned the engine. Runs great now, the tuner I had gone with didn't have hardly anything right (even though I told him what to do). Then I had to replace the clutch and flywheel. The slave cylinder still needs to be bled some more, but right now I'm fine tuning the tune. I also have to replace the timing cover AGAIN. I found out that the aftermarket ones are all junk.
Here's the exhaust. Sounds throatier in person.

As you can see some of the pictures are missing so here they are as long as a much needed update.
When purchased:
Flaming river u-joint mod with a ZQ8 steering box.
Rear spacers. Notice these have the hubcentric lip so the weight of the vehicle rests on the lip, not on the lugs.
Blue SMD LED's everywhere with Oldsmobile Alero needles.
Different double din and now it fits correctly.

Most people don't know, but S10 rear ends are 2.75", not 3". Pretty much all drop blocks come with 3" u-bolts. I bought 2.75" u-bolts.
Back to the 350.

If you don't know what this is then you don't know what fun is!
I had to get a universal condenser and needed the factory lines tig welded onto it.
I changed the rearend fluid the other day. I don't think it has ever been changed.
The factory inner fenders needed to be freshened up.

The interior is all base so no power. It was really getting annoying to open the rear hatch. I'd have to put everything I had on the ground, put the key in, turn and hold it, lift the glass, and finally I could put everything in the back. So out comes the interior and I wired up power locks, power rear hatch release, and a rear view camera.
