You can use any photo editing program to write on the pic if that's what youre looking to do, most will let you type text in as well. Paint, Photoshop, etc Then just upload to photobucket or similar site and use the link feature for your sig :-)

 

I tried that but it won't let me do all the pictures just the one I used paint btw
