Mothers powerball 4 paint

Has anybody tired this? ive heard nothinkg but great things about mothers products, but i wanna make sure its good before i pay the money for it.

I have the ball and it works great on wheels. I am really scared to use anything abrasive on my clear coat. I purchased a clay bar but haven't gotten up to using it yet.
