Default 1992 4 door 4x4 cooling question

my blazer dose not have a fan clutch it's solid I was wondering if I could remove the engine fan and replace it with electric fans to reduce engine drag and improve fuel millage.

Sure you can, but replacing it with a factory fan and clutch would be just as good. They are quite efficient.
