Just FYI blazerlt96, even though there is a warranty in place, it doesn't cover EVERYTHING even if it is a bumper-2-bumper warranty. So just taking it in, the dealership will probably charge 1hr diagnosis unless it is a problem covered by the warranty. So since we have already determined that this is most likely water and not antifreeze, that would be $70-80 out of pocket for them to say, yup, normal.

This is the A/C evaporator box/case. The heater core is inside the dash and if it is leaking it will either go onto the floorboard or out of the drain tube on the bottom outside of the firewall (or both). If it is VERY humid where you live like you said, this is a perfectly normal situation. There is nothing wrong with the system.
