I just spent $205 on a new EGR valve for my 93 blazer CPI 4.3. it runs somewhat better but is now hard to start it runs rough for a few mins i smell gas then it smooths out when i drop it in gear the idles goes up and down a few times then smoothes out. when i come to a stop it wants to stall Im thinking the IAC now any other ideas?

Yeah, I'd pop the throttle body off and give it a good cleaning, IAC and all. You may need a new TB gasket just in case you damage the original during removal.
