Unhappy Foam in RAD- Low blower heat

Hey all, i have a 93 262 CPI with 114,XXX. I noticed that my coolant was foamy and frothy when i opened the cap. the coolant was low earlier on so i filled it up a bit. I come to find bubbles! a very fine queens head, with NO signs of oil. I am not sure if it is just gassy or what, but after getting it warm the blower inside is luke warm. i dont know if the head gasket is an issue since all my plugs were ok, no boil cleans or fouled plugs. im assuming compression is ok since i cannot get my hands on a tester, because the performance is excellent except for the miss at idle. i cannot ID what the issue is and i noticed that my lower rad hose has something stiff in it, like a filter or flow reducer?
I need some help asap so lets get the ball rolling

Hmmm you can have a head gasket leak & the plugs still look OK. Check the exhaust on
1st startup in the morning, looking for white smoke. As for the lower rad hose that "stiff" thing maybe be a coil used to keep its shape, not sure though.

<edit> googled 'foamy engine coolant' & almost all lead towards cracked head or gasket issues OR you may have an air bubble in there. IMO to check/alleviate that, prop the PS front tire on jack stands, take the cap off the rad & run it for a bit. Keeping an eye on the coolant level while revving it.
