Default Will low or empty rad stop my truck from starting?

Hi, I tried to start my truck yesterday and it turns over but wont stay running, today I looked it over, the only thing I have found so far is the rad looks either low or empty, does anyone know what could be wrong, the oil looks OK and I dont see any leaks anywhere
thank you!!!!

No, a low cooling system will not keep it from starting-You have either a fuel delivery problem or something ignition related...any check engine light? If not, start with a full inspection of fuel lines and the coil/distributor/module/plugs and wires. Might be a plugged fuel filter as well... Time to trouble shoot! And then you need to find out why your cooling system was low! Good Luck!

Prob not the case unless you noticed your temp needle being high while driving in the past, but I think driving for a long time with the engine really hot could cause it to seize when it cools down. Like I said, I think it would take a lot of overheating to cause that though.

Good luck
