I tried searching and I can't really gather what to do with the delay when going WOT. From what I read it seems to be from tq management. Is there a mod to get faster throttle response. So far I have cfm-ported throttle body & cold air. This is an auto trans 4x4.
Also, I read about a spider injector swap? How dificult would this be or if I need it at all. Im trying to find cost effective mods. Next on the list is a flowmaster what series I'm still deciding. What are some of your guys setups?

Thanks in advance...now back to my 16hr shift. O/T KEEPS MY BLAZER HAPPY
=)

Ok swapping to a mfi spider doesn't really do anything for power its more for reliability. The best mod you can do on these trucks is to get your pcm tuned. I used black bear performance. There is also wiat4me, pcm4less, nelson, wheatley but I love my black bear tune. Get a high flow cat, the flowmaster and your pcm tuned and it will really wake up the 4.3

When you send it in they will reprogram the pcm to match the vin then all you have to do is a crankcase relearn ( a 2 minute procedure witht he right scan tool). Check out blackbearperformance.com. you won't be dissapointed. I choose to get a pcm from him for 260, if you send one in its 200. If you do a pick and pull just make sure its the right year and he will reprogram the rest.

IMO, before you order the tune make sure your ignition and fuel system are running properly. That way you now your getting the best performance possible before the tune. Check your fuel pressure and leakdown and do a tune up if its been awhile.
