Default hypertech shift points ect...look inside

Hey guys so ive been searching around and reading up on these hypertech programmers and talked to a couple people here about them anyways i used the search and was reading everything posted but i have a question.
First off i have a 01 chevy blazer 4x4 auto and just got the max energy programmer for it...
Now i set my wheel size as i put on 31inch tires and set the regular octain..
Now for shift points what should i set them at?Just something to notice a bit of a difference and that will get me better take off and gas millage?
Also for the trans firmness theres the 4 options 25-50-75-100% so i was wondering what i should set that to?Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And if these questions are dumb i apologize in advance haha but id rather ask then do something thats wrong..

I would start with 25% and see how you like it. And then go to 50% and compare, and so on until you find which one meets your driving style.

That's the great thing about these programmers is that you can always change something at any time.
