Exclamation Intake Manifold Spacer?

So I was browsing around on eBay, and stumbled upon this.......

Any pros or cons? Any experience with these?

i would figure it would help with velocity but a throttle body spacer is an easier install, at least start there then buy the aluminum intake manifold with that spacer and you would have a hell of an intake set up...
