supercharger
I don't know if anyone specifically makes a s/c for the 4.3L v6, but due to the similarities with the 5.7L v8, a v8 centrifugal s/c should be able to be underdriven for use on the 4.3L. I would start by contacting ProCharger, PowerDyne, and/or Paxton. Both are manufacturers of belt driven centrifugal superchargers that should be fairly easy to adapt to the 4.3L v6. Some fab work may be necessary for brackets, etc.
*EDIT* - Ha... Well, I guess I was wrong... Here's Powerdyne's direct fit centrifugal application for the 4.3L v6: Powerdyne K10525-101 - $3800
The others do not show applications for the 4.3L v6, but I'm sure that they could point you in the right direction.

check out Mach Performance they have supercharger and turbocharger kits for the 4.3
I don't recall what year model it comes from, but the Pontiac Grand Prix GT was based on a 4.3 platform with a supercharger...it's supposed to bolt right up. If you don't wanna break the bank, it might be worth looking in to.
