Default ticking, normal or problematic?

Ihave a ticking n the engine when I first crank it up in the morning what could it be and could it possibly be problematic? I think it may be a lifter. It only does it when the temp outside is below 30 or so, when the engine warms up the sound dissapears.

There is a TBS on the PVC valve, not sure if your's falls under it or not. But worth it to look into it with dealership and your vin number.
