i was getting codes for random misfire and mass air flow. changed the coil, cap, rotor and mass air flow. cleared the codes. still runs terrible. wont go over 10-15 mph. drove around for a bit till it kicked a code got p0101 mass air flow again and the service 4wd light came on. when it gets to 10/15 mph it feels like it kicks out of gear when i push the gas. the 4 button 4wd button says its in 2 high, kinda feels like 4 low. any suggestions would be appreciated.
