Default 04 blazer with possible oil leak. please help

ok so back story: last oil change i drained everything and put new oil in. when filling up the jug with the old oil i realized i only had about 2.5 quarts in there. thought that was alil wierd but didn't think anything of it. tonight on my way home i hit something in the street and checked under my truck to make sure i didn't damage anything and noticed some oil around the plug and up the back of the pan. nothing dripping or leaking heavy but def. some there. so i go to check my oil, and there is nothing on the dipstick at all. yet my oil pressure gauge is still reading between 40 and 60. the truck isn't burning oil cause it doesn't smoke or smell. i have no clue where else it could be going unless i have a small leak and its just burning off the block. any help would be greatly appreciated.

get some engine dye from parts store and a uv light sorce; clean the block with brake clean; add the dye to the oil; make sure there is the correct amount of oil in the oil pan; drive the truck for afew days; use a uv light to spot the trail of the dye and start from there.
