Default 1993 S-10 Blzer Injection Question

I have a 93 in my shop. No codes. Spark to the plugs. Voltage on one side of the injection plug but it will not fire the spider injector. Has had a new dist. module. ECM and Dist before it was towed to me. HELP.

I recently had this problem myself on my 93 blazer 4.3 CPI, I had spark, I checked the fuel pressure and it held at 60 psi with the key on and key off held at 58 psi. I changed the fuel filter and still nothing. It would start if I sprayed carb cleaner into the intake it would fire up. So I replaced the spider injectors and sure enough it fired right up and ran. I hope this has helped.

Only thing the puter doesn't monitor is fuel pressure.
I gather you have tested the replaced parts, specifically the ICM.
Does it get enough fuel pressure?
It could also be a safety feature, but I dont think that was active until second generation. could there be a theft deterrent on it somewhere, maybe an aftermarket variety?
Have you tried ether?
Oil pressure sending unit?
IAC?
