Hey all, I'm new here. I just bought a 96 4x4 Blazer with a 4.3 Vortec. I bought it not running and the story I was told is that the driver's side head gasket was bad but it still ran (although crappy). The guy traded it to his FIL who took it to someone to have the head gasket replaced. After the head gasket was replaced the truck wouldn't start. I found that the timing was way off so I corrected it but it still won't start. It'll crank over and try to start (it did start for a couple seconds before dying again) but eventually just floods itself out and pops through the throttle body. I've tried everything I can think of, was just wondering if anyone else had any ideas I could try.
Thanks

Your timing may still be off, search for "EDI Engine Timing"
