1997 Blazer not starting

1997 Blazer not starting
I have a 1997 Blazer that will not start on its own until you give it a shot of ether in the throttle body. Fuel pump gauge is at 63lbs, changed the cold start motor on the side of the throttle body, removed the throttle body and cleaned thoroughly. It started once on its own now its back to the same old thing. Anybody have any suggestions?
