1999 ZR2 Blazer Starting Issues
RPM needs to be snapped above 2000 and back to idle before the camshaft retard reading will be accurate. You can adjust it at idle, but I choose to do it with the engine off to avoid getting zapped from a faulty plug wire
Then restart, snap above 2000 and back to idle, then recheck. Might take a couple of times, but it beats getting poked!
