2000 4.3 vortec in a 1999 blazer
ok well after i spend alot of time working on my 99 blazer the motor is toast so in the search of a good motor i got a low mileage 2000 4.3 vortec motor ran great the intake was done and i am gonna replace the timing set and any other things that will be easier now than in the blazer but my question is the 2000 4.3 has a smog pump/air pump on the manifolds and i dont have that on my 99 4.3 all the other sensors are correct and they are both W engines this i already checked now to save a little bit of work and a possible snapped exhaust manifold bolt on either motor is there a way i can block off the air pump outlets in the manifold and while i am doing this is there anything else that needs to be done that will prevent issues or petential issues
