Default 2000 Blazer Transmission Slips

I have a 2000 Blazer 4.3L 2WD that won't take off when cold. Trans seems to slip badly in 1st gear. Will shift through other gears fine. Will take off good if you put it in 1 instead of Drive. After driving it awhile it starts working okay.

The Check Engine light is on and I have cleaned the MAF sensor. I read the Codes and 0758 is the only one to show up. Ths book says this is Shift Solenoid B Electrical.

Any help appreciated.

Thanks, Doug
