my moms S-10 overheated and started knocking, so im gonna have to replace the motor in it, what year vortecs will work?? like said in the title its a 2000 S-10 4.3 auto, if its a TBI motor will i be able to swap heads and intake? thanks in advance...

P.S reason for not rebuilding is that it time sensative, needs to be done now...

 

I believe any '98-'01 engine should work.
