Default 2001 blazer fuel pump purchase

OK, I need a new fuel pump for my 2001 blazer. The forum says to only go with ACdelco/Delfi. For 150 extra in price is it really worth it?

Thanks for any info.

It depends on how often you want to replace the fuel pump. That's why we recommend it.

Take in account electrical connector at fuel pump. Check for melted pins and replace if needed. It could save two or more fuel pumps .Mine case the melted pin were at the inside connector but fuel pump was in good shape, so I only replace wiring and connectors

Cheeper options are low quality pumps and normally gets poor electrical connectors. go for ACDELCO, Delphi or, at least, Bosch. ACDELCO seams to be delphi repacked unit.

X2 what he said. I know you bought oem but I put faith in advice vs price.
