Default 2001 Blazer LT Cooling leak

This just happened I noticed a real big leak on the front driver side of the engine. Im attaching some pictures. I know my rear intake manifold gasket is going but now there is a leak at the front. I see it drippin onto the oil lines running off the filter just cant see any higher.

Someone please help

Also is there a easy way of telling if the cylinder head gasket is bad

I would not drive that truck.
Change gaskets before you get water in the oil or something....
