Hey guys I have an 04 ZR2 blazer that I'll be swapping in a fully forged built Gen 2 LT1, LE3 ported heads and the GM 846 cam (222*/230*@ .050- .560"/.565" - 112 lsa), Edelbrock Victor E EFI intake, MSD dual sync distributor and digital 6 box. This combo should make about 500 hp/500 tq at the flywheel and I want to swap in a modded 4L80e trans keeping my 4wd and I need to know if anyone else here has done this swap.

Specifically I'd like to know the following.

Will a 246 transfer case be needed and will any adapters be required?

Will a new trans crossmember need to be made or can the stock one be modded?

Will a standalone trans harness be required or will the stock one work

Can I just download the tune from an 02-03 Express Van with the L31 vortec sbc engine and 4L80e trans work.
